Quite a fantastic software

This is a very good piece of software. Everything about this app is good. Some parts are very good. If you don't have a clue what you're doing you can still use this converter. If you have more experience there are enough tweaks to make you happy. I liked the self-contained "no install routine" setup. You can put the extracted file anywhere, run the .exe and it works. Perfect for using on a flash drive. The app is simple and stable and works perfectly as a batch converter. 4 stars.

impressive program I used Lame Front-End to convert wave files into mp3 files. I have to say it was easy to use and very fast. It was simply a very good software.

Free and very simple to use.MP3 files can be converted to WAV and then burned using (eg) Windows MP, to a \"conventional\" CD for playback on any CD player.

The download worked a treat, one of few converters that will take the wav file from Sonar and actually encode a sensible mp3 format rather than a horrible distorted mush.

Heyas! I would recommend you to add some button to be able to go to the files list. If haven't add files to convert and switched to another section (for ex. "Settings") then It's hard to go back and add files. For now, the only way I've found to open that section is to click on "!" and then click close button. Another solution of this problem is to restart the program.Also, I'm as a user have no clue what is the metrics for encoder quality.. What does it mean "-3" or "2"? What is the difference? Help section doesn't provide ...

I have virtually no knowledge about softwares.The decoder is so simple to use, that I strongly feel all softwares should pass the 'simplicity test' and be ranked on that index.It works very well indeed.

It's all good and useful. My initial purpose was to copy contents (text and images as well) from chm file and paste them in a word doc. Copy and paste command was not letting it possible to paste images along with text. So with the help of this useful utility I decoded chm as html from where it was possible to copy paste text and image as well in a word doc. Thanks.
